Past:
"we all walk the long road." These two years since the release of SJ2
have been colored with a rainbow of un-anticipated turns and twists;
first, the totally unexpected success of the game and the unthinkable
amount of registrees, then work on a new version, an un-realistic
schedule, loads of empty promises, bad estimations, high expectations and
even a worthy competitor. :)
It's been crazy, but I'm really
happy and proud to have made it this far.
Present:
"and the wind keeps roaring." SJ3 will be released
on October 1st, which is a Sunday. I'll probably put the game up and
available for download right at midnight along with the new web pages.
You'll be shown where, don't worry.
Right now, there's still a bunch of stuff I have to take care of; I hope
the extensive beta-testing has been done with care and no bugs arise after
the release causing a mess. Also, pre-ordering the game
will be totally possible, this allows you to receive Your Registered
Version of the game right on October 1st; more info on this later on; all
in all, registering will follow the same pattern as in SJ2, same cheap-o
price and same mode of operation. This time around registering in Norway
and Slovenia will be super easy thanks to two SJ3 Foreign Affiliates!
Whoa, progress!
Future:
"i have wished for so long."
I sincerely hope that you guys will enjoy the new version; I've received
some feedback that the game - even the new version - doesn't match
up to the high standards of its competitors, especially when it comes to
graphics and overall glamour. That is totally true in most ways. I
feel at ease as I can truly state that I've made SJ3 to the extent of my
capabilities. If it's not good enough and doesn't look as good as the
other games on the market; what can I do? I've done my best and that's the
most one could ask for I guess. (well, ok, I could've added a
couple more features here and there but then the game would have never
been released let me tell you) That's it, we'll all be wiser in a few
days; when finally there's more game - less talk.
Well, anyways, thanks a million for your patience.
Feel absolutely free
to mail me with whatever comments or suggestions you may have.
