It's really no kind of must thing to get -4,5 wind or even near it. Whether the wind is + or - is what mainly makes the difference. It makes just few points difference per jump if the wind is -0,5 instead of -4,9. BUT: +0,1 instead of -0,1 can easily mean about 10-15 points per jump.
I jumped 1093.0 yesterday and didn't have over -3,0 wind a single time, mostly something between -0,1 and -1,5.
