Taking all out of the career mode

Hi,

we now have had a career mode for some time - great!
But it'd be nice, if jumpers were so treated as individuals. By that I mean, that every jumper could decide wether to always jump the qualifying round, or not, for example.
I have experienced some minor troubles with my friends, they tend prefer not to jump always and I'd want to... :)

This was just the top thing on my mind, there sure are other aspects concerning this matter. Take a stance...
